Shipping Costs;
Our shipping costs are:
- United Kingdom 90p Flat Rate for orders up to £5
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over £5
- £2 Flat Rate for all orders shipping with Insurance
- International £3.00 Flat Rate for all orders
- £8.00 Flate Rate for all orders shipping with Insurance
Shipping
We will arrange for the Products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver within 5 working days of the date of order. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of Products will be dispatched within 5 days of receipt of payment.
We ship products globally. If your destination country is not listed within the shipping rates, then we require an email to request the shipping cost to you. This is normally at the standard shipping rate, but confirmation is required prior to an order being confirmed.
Insurance
We are now offering insurance for all shipping options. If your order has a high value, we highly recommend that you take out the optional insurance. We obtain proof of postage for all our items posted out to you, and cannot be held responsible for orders that do not reach you.
Returns
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the Products to you, and the cost of returning the Products to us). Alternatively, we may (on your approval) supply you with a replacement or substitute Product. Products returned because you no longer require them must be returned to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. Products returned by you within a 7 working day period will be refunded in full (excluding the cost of sending the products to you). You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.
Cancelling an Order
You many cancel an order (prior to it shipping) in writing (in email or to the address below). If you wish to cancel, but the Products have already shipped, this will be treated as a Return (see above).Items being returned should be sent to:
