Element started as 'Underworld Element', and was more commonly known as U.E. or Underworld. The company had a lot of internal struggles and suffered as a result.
After Underworld's original members left, Johnny Schillereff moved in and dropped the Underworld side of things. This resulted in the birth of a new era for the refreshed Element.
